The company

‘Ta Mylelia’ is a small-scale food and pasta producing company founded in 1992 located on Lesvos Island Greece where we have our watermill. Our workshop is situated at Agios Stefanos on the way from Athens to Lake Marathon. We produce a wide variety of traditional—with a gourmet touch— Greek foods including mainly air-dried fresh vegetable and egg pastas and vegetable and fruit preserves.
