The company

HOTOS is a dairy production industry founded in 1920, in the mountainous Samarina, Greece. Using only fresh pasteurized sheep and goat milk, the company produces a variety of traditional Greek cheese such as "feta", "manouri", (soft cheeses). Their products are distributed all over Greece and exported to USA, England, France, Holland, Sweden, Austria, Switzerland etc.
