The dairy industry Bizios S.A. is the continuation of a family owned enterprise, producing traditional Greek cheeses since 1946. Today, Bizios S.A. is producing under quality control, conforming to HACCP and ISO 9002 rules, mostly Protected Destination of Origin (P.D.O.) traditional Greek cheeses such as: Feta cheese, Kasseri, Kefalotyri, Kefalograviera, Graviera and Manouri, all from sheep’s and goat’s milk.
