Project’s description:
Development of Trust Leader Training Programme (TLTP).
- Production of Handbook for implementing Trust Leaders in SMEs.
- Development of On-line ‘Container’ for IO1 & IO2.
Upon completion of the project:
If a workplace can foster a strong sense of trust within the organisation a number of benefits can follow including:
• Increased productivity.
• Improved morale amongst employees and staff.
• The ability to work more effectively as a team.
• Reduce the time to make and discuss key issues as each individual trusts in the judgement and expertise of their colleagues.
In addition to resulting in the competitiveness of organizations and working groups, all individuals under ‘trust leaders’ will be positively affected in their lives, contributing both to their well-being and their environment.
